RBB offers a Branchless Banking service to the customers who do not have access to the branches of the bank. It increases the access of financial services to the unbanked communities. The service is delivered by the authorized agent on behalf of the bank through the registered EFTPOS or Tablet phone. The withdrawal and payment transaction happed in a secure way with the online validation of biometric fingerprint and card.
