The director of Rastriya Banijya Bank Limited Dr. Ram Dev Singh has handed over the "RBB Golden Jubilee Scholarship" to six students from obsolescent indigenous and ethnic group to support their higher education. Dharma Raj Pathharkat(Kushwadia) has got Rs.3500/month for 10+2 study for two years. Likewise, Krishna Gopal Hayu, Prabindra Rajji, Bipul Meche Chaudhary, Menuka Hayu and Rajaram Rajji have got Rs.5000/month for their bachelor level study for three years. The bank is distributing the Scholarship since the year 2015. The top officials of RBB including Deputy CEO Mr. Bishnu Prasad Baidya, DGM Mr. Sushil Shrestha, Mr. Kabiraj Adhikari, and Mr. Keshab Prasad Lamsal were present on the Scholarship distribution ceremony.
