Rastriya Banijya Bank has concluded Special General Meeting on 22nd August, 2019. Meeting has endorsed the special agenda of establishing a subsidiary company to perform job of stock exchange broker, market maker and stock exchange trader.
Mr. Mahendra Man Gurung, Chairman of Board of Director of RBB, has chaired the meeting. Mr. Gurung has addressed the queries raised by shareholders of the bank. The special general meeting was attended by following stakeholders of the bank:

1. Members of Board of Director- Mr. Rabindralal Shrestha, Mr. Janak Kumar Baral, Mr. Bidhyabaridhi Sigdel, Mr. Arjun Bahadur Adhikari, Dr. Madhav Prasad Dahal.
2. Mr. Kiran Kumar Shrestha, CEO of RBB
3. Mr. Kabiraj Adhikari, Mr. Keshab Prasad Lamsal, Deputy CEO of RBB and Deputy Executive officers, Department Chief.
4.  Representatives from all 3 active staff unions within bank.
